Information is requested in 3 areas of Synthx.com to provide specific services:  1) For subscription to the Pro/E Tip-of-the-Month newsletter;  2) To send information on the Contact Us page;  3) To purchase plans from the Buy the Way feature.  The policy below states how information may be used.

Information Privacy:	Synthesis Engineering does not share, sell or otherwise distribute customer information to any other company or organization for any reason.  We respect your privacy. To purchase plans, credit card information is processed through 2CheckOut.com.  Their policies are given at www.2checkout.com.  They do not share information with third parties.
Required Information:	To receive the Pro/E Tip-of-the-Month via e-mail, an active e-mail address is required. To purchase plans, contact information (like name, address, e-mail and zip code) are required for verifications, credit card transactions, and to send orders.  A telephone number is required in case there is a problem.  As stated, this information is not shared. Please be careful entering information.  If an e-mail, for instance, is not typed correctly, you will not receive the Tips or Plans.  Synthesis cannot be responsible for incorrect information.
Credit Cards:	For items purchased from our site, credit card processing is done through 2CheckOut.com.  For these transactions, 2CheckOut will appear on the credit card billing statement. For your security, Synthesis Engineering Services does not handle, receive or process credit card information.  Credit card transactions must be done through the web site.  We cannot process them over the phone.
Services:	Identifying information is used to provide the requested services.  Additionally, contact information may be used to notify individuals of changes or additions to services. You may request information Removal by contacting us at our Contact Us page, or through the link at the bottom of a newsletter.
Use Agreement:	The Pro/E Tips are for information only and may reflect the opinions of the author. Product plans provided for sale by MechanicalElements through Synthx.com are for individual use only.  Any use of these plans for resale or for producing products for sale is strictly prohibited.  Licensing for production and/or resale is available on request.  Thank you for honoring these terms.
